D.S. Precision Tool has been manufacturing high quailty tools and tooling since 1986. We have been in our Downers Grove, Illinois location for ten years. D.S. Precision Tool is also a member of the Tooling & Manufacturing Association.
Our primary products are used for crimping terminals and ferrules to wire and cable. We make hand tools, bench tools, and air tools. All tools are custom built for your application and are designed for your requirements.
We also make replacement and piece parts to your specifications and tolerances. Our tool room provides precision drilling, milling and high accuracy surface grinding. Our machines are tooled for both prototype and production, while holding tolerances, in many cases, as close as .0001 inches.
